房间（照片上的）大小15平米，60镑一周，押金每周60镑. BILL和 TAX全包
房里有SKY卫星电视，宽带上网。

Sorry, this is for Chinese seekers, but it is ok for any single people who can speak chinese & anyone who's learning Chinese language.
It takes 20-25 mins walking to city centre and university. There are direct buses next to the house and go to anywhere. The community is friendy, noice free and safe, and the housemates are all very kind. It is an ideal place for studying.
smaller room (seen on the photos) is 60 pounds pppw, the bond is 60 per week.
The housemates are all CHinese.
