Predominantly this job role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for troubleshooting across the business, in-house, helping all colleagues overcome any IT issues that may arise.

You will be required to work closely with all internal departments on a daily basis.

Candidates must have at least 2 years proven Desktop Support experience, coupled with excellent knowledge of Windows.

Successful candidates should also be able to demonstrate the following:

* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* High standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
