About the Gig

We're on the hunt for a Membership Sales Consultant for our Sheffield Club. You must be well organised under pressure, show loads of initiative, be armed to the teeth with motivation and get on supremely well with people from all walks of life. You will act as an ambassador for Virgin Active and promote, organise and arrange new memberships.

About you

As one of our Sales Wizards, you will need:

A good natural sales ability - " if you have the ability we have the tools to develop, enhance your potential and take you all the way.
Good listening and communication skills - " we want people who will give our customer what they need.
Passion! - " we need people with a can-do attitude who see solutions not problems..
Innovation - " as the marketing people would say you have to be able to 'think outside the box'
Organised - " so little time, so much to do can you manage?
You don't need to be able to bend spoons, but you need to be a totally hungry for success Sales Consultant who will listen to our customers to then offer them the best solution according to their needs, and will enjoy selling the value of exercise & wellness not just the deal. You will need previous sales exposure and the thought of working in a target driven environment won't make you break into cold sweat.

Salary: Up to £30,000Opa OTE (UNCAPPED commission) + Benefits
