I have a 1 Bed, first floor council flat in Sheffield S12, Frechville area. In a semi-detached house. Sharing the main entrance with two others.

The flat is tastefully decorated recently, It has Gas central heating as well as additional electric heater in the living room.

The rooms are very good size and cosy to live in. The living is room about 5m by 4m and the Bedroom about 3m by 3m.

The flat benefits from very good storage space. You also get double glazed windows with access to a private balcony through a huge window giving the house lots of natural light.

A 1 bed flat or a studio anywhere in London or surrounding area.
