I have over 18 years retail management experience, I am a successful proven manager, with the ability to build sales and exceed targets, My customer service is exceptional as is my ability to team build as this is a important part of any Business structure. I am hands on, approachable, reliable and hard working, Reaching goals and encouraging others to do so is my aim, My experience in staff training and helping others to achieve their own goals is excellent. I am up to date with all current health & safety procedures.I have strong technical skills and proficiency in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets. In addition, I have successfully provided support services to a 25 member sales team. I have also worked within the Licensed trade for over 20 years.
I have mainly worked within the food & drink industry but I also have experience within the dry-cleaning industry, so I have experience of all levels of retail.
