I have a double room available in a large modern house on Wayland road at Hunters bar (v near to Ecclesall road bars! and 5 minute bus journey into city centre). Looking for a professional to live with other professionals on a 6 month contract basis, to review after this period.

The house has a room available from 1st September. The room is large and furnished and is £245 per month with a £250 deposit. The house has a separate dining room and kitchen with laminate flooring and living room. There is a back yard used mainly for bbqs!

We're into usual things like drinking, socialising and trips to the cinema, so looking for like-minded people looking to meet new people and not just somewhere to sleep!
