Rehearsal space wanted

Looking for a space for my band to practice in.
We require good access Mon-fri 5pm-12 and all weekend
Room size would need to be 15'x15' at least
Up to date electrics and good security.
Price wise looking at £150-£200 pcm and more if the space was right.
