FOOD MANUFACTURING CONSULTANT - DONCASTER

18-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Career Development

Job Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Consultant who is enthusiastic, ambitious and resourceful candidate to join their Food Sector division. The ideal candidate will need to be sales driven and highly motivated. Business development will play a large part within this role so cold calling will be required. We are looking for a versatile individual who can handle the complete recruitment cycle from generating enquiries, interviewing candidates, preparing CV's, filling vacancies and servicing existing clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant placing temporary staff
• Most important of all you must have a strong and tenacious personality and able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment
• You must be a real people person and enjoy communicating with your candidates and candidates both over the telephone and face-to-face
• Excellent at time management with effective verbal and written communication skills
• A reliable team player with rapid and accurate data entry skills
