A double furnished bedroom is currently available to share in a friendly five bedroomed house with four other Sheffield Hallam students.

The house is situated on Bruce Road, just off Ecclesall Road. It is ten minutes from Collegiate Campus and just 20 minutes from Sheffield Hallams city campus. Many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets are readily accessible on the main road.

Public transport is accessed easily on eccy road with regular buses and an endless supply of taxis- the train station is just a 20 minute walk or 5/10 minute bus ride.

The house consists of a kitchen; living room, communual bathroom, a second toilet and a cellar aswell as the five bedrooms and a back yard.

Rent is £69.50 a week inclusive of the internet and tv licence. Electricity and Water bills are not included but are normally very cheap.

No deposit is required as we would like to fill the tenancy quick, normally it would be £250
