Sheffield home swap
Do You Need To Relocate to the North East UK (4 bedroom house exchange)
We have a large four bedroom 1940's link detatched house with own 32 feet driveway with gates can fit two cars comfortably, well kept grass and flower beds front garden 24 feet x 28 feet plus goes around the side of the house which is fenced off as well as a fully enclosed 48 feet x 48 feet square back garden which has been completely landscaped with huge patio on one level then below it closer to the house is half concrete and half vegetable growing space of raised beds. All the back garden is enclosed by 6 feet fencing complete with side gate. Garden is fairly secluded and private not overlooked by neighbours from the back too much as it is surrounded by tall bushy trees and shrubs behind the back fence.

(first kitchen has large window along one wall sink with drainer, long worktop all underneath the window with washing machine, dishwasher and double cupboard underneath, table + 2 benches in the middle of the room, fridge inside the under stairs space, second kitchen you walk through the doorway from the main kitchen then it has worktops on three sides, back door and cooker) black and white tiled floor in both rooms put in only 18 months ago. New lighting, two lights in each kitchen, new cooker wiring and under shelving bar lights on three walls.
These could easily be knocked into one larger room as they are only separated by one single course brickwork wall in between with a doorway in the center.

bathroom 6.6 x 6.5 feet

3rd bedroom 14.2 x 13.3 feet
4th bedroom 8.5 x 8 feet
Gas central heating, most windows are double glazed, new electrical wiring throughout the house, broken key meter so electricity only costs about a fiver every three months even with everything on a lot of the day including the tumble dryer
Two of the bedrooms have recently been wallpapered, rest of the house is painted over lining paper so you can easily put your stamp on the place with your own colour schemes.
The council class this as a house with nine bed spaces. This means that nine people could live here comfortably. However, one of the kitchen rooms and the dining room could easily be used as extra bedrooms making it a good prospect for an expanding family for the future with space for up to 11 family members. In our bedrooms upstairs we havent used bunk beds all the kids have their own beds. Just thought I would put that in so you know the bedrooms do have the space.
This house is the 2nd largest house owned and rented out by the council in the whole of the borough which still holds the Right To Buy.
Rent is £71 per week + £6.10 water rates

This is a really nice place to live, small children play outside in the front of the houses on our small street of 28 houses and most people are friendly helpful and kind. Around here did used to have a bit of a reputation but during the last five years there has been a clamp down on anything anti social and all of the troublesome families have been removed. The last one went two and a half years ago. So now the community vibe here is welcoming and friendly towards people of all walks of life.
We are looking for an older style property with four bedrooms or more, must have back garden and parking for the car. Most areas in and around Sheffield considered.
NO THREE BEDROOMS WITH DINING ROOM PLEASE THESE ARE JUST TOO SMALL FOR OUR FAMILY.
Thank you for looking and look forward to hearing from you.
