Hello there,

my name is Sarah, i am looking for a property for me my partner and 2 small children. We are very tidy quiet erspectable people. Looking for a new home in Doncaster asap.
we are curerntly on housing benefit and recieve the maximum allowence. With us being on benefits at the moment we are struggling to come up with both the rent and bond for a property, i know alot of landlords accept a months rent or 5 weeks rent in advance and no bond, or the rent in advance and bond paid over 3 months. or just a bond upfront then the rent when housing claim is sorted out.

If you think you have a property suited to us, we do not have a guarantour or references, but we are looking for a long term rent to call our home. I am 22 my partner is 27. My children are 5 and 1.
I do hope i can hear from you soon, if you could give me details regarding the property that would be great.


Also, i am sorry to all you genuine people out there, but the people who send emails saying they have a property to rent then send photos of hotel bedrooms and want cash upfront before viewing the property shall be reported.
