We are a young and dynamic City Centre Sales and Marketing Company with a vacancy for a Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a great telephone manner with a positive mental/whatever it takes attitude and must be very enthusiastic! You should be goal oriented and must be able to work well under pressure. Previous sales, telephone and customer service experience would be an advantage. Candidates must have basic knowledge of computers, excel, word, PowerPoint and internet.
Duties Include:
Receptionist Duties
Meet and Greet duties
Assisting with recruiting
Answering telephones
Reconciling sales
Maintaining accurate petty cash records daily
Summarising weekly sales and complying with deadlines
Ensuring location is kept in a clean and proper manner
Personal assistant duties to MD
Maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times to visitors and others within the company.
