Salary £16k - £20k depending upon experience
Due to an expanding UK and international client base, Xn Hotel Systems Limited is looking to recruit dynamic individuals for its East Midlands and Sheffield based Helpdesks.
The position is ideal for individuals currently working in hotel operations who are looking to move into a customer focused role. The Helpdesk provides support for Xn’s dotPOS point of sale and Protel property management systems and operates on a shift basis Monday to Friday with a supplement for out of hours on call participation. In addition to a competitive salary, benefits include 25 days paid holiday, private medical insurance and option to participate in the company’s pension scheme.
