this room is massive approx 25ft by15ft, the walls are all carpeted for excellent acoustics, all electrics and bills included. it is in a very secure building on mowbray street (same room as attic) there is 24 hour access parking and kitchen and an xbox/chill out room. the room is £75 a week but a possible room share is a an option (£37.50) so any interested band get in touch
