NIGHTCLUB GENERAL MANAGER & DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

The Company:

We are a small independant company, with big company ideas - trading a number of High Street Bars and Nightclubs throughout the North of England and Midlands.

Job Role:

The role involves the day to day management and development of high quality city centre operations.

Leadership and Entrepreneurial skills are key to the success of our concepts. Our Managers are responsible for motivating and developing their team, the quality of the product / service and the financial performance of the site.

Managers must be able to drive sales through their entrepreneurial approach, passion for quality, attention to detail and developing people. Key responsibilities will include:

- Staff management and development

- Achieving targets & Controlling Costs set by Head Office, ensuring maximum profitability is achieved

- Delivering excellent customer service

- Ensuring that all legal, health and safety requirements are met and adhered to.

Key Attributes:

This role offers the opportunity to manage a business with your own independent and entrepreneurial flair whilst having the support of hands on Directors.

- Previous Nightclub / Bar / Restaurant Management experience preferably within a late night operation.

- Outgoing, exceptional interpersonal skills

- People Manager (able to inspire and develop the team)

- Financial Awareness

- Ambition to continually drive and develop the business

- Understanding of the city centre market

- Local Marketing and PR of the business

- Creative thinking - outside of the box
