Transport Modelling and Appraisal Officer

Our client a indirect public sector client are looking for a transport modelling officer to join their team for major works to be carried out within their establishment, you will be expected to provide economic and appraisal advice for the support of Major schemes that improve public transport; analysing information and providing technical advice in addition to compiling strategy reports for the support of the department to secure funding.







- A degree, transport qualification or equivalent professional attainment

- understanding of European, UK and regional economic and development policy and best practice

- experience in transport modelling and economic appraisal  within a transport consultancy, local authority, Transport Executive or similar agency   

- Experience of developing comprehensive business cases for transport schemes

- Understanding and experience of PRINCE2 project management processes Please call for further information:
