ENGINEERING & PRODUCTION CONSULTANT - DONCASTER

18-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + (OTE 30-40K+)

The Role:
Our client is a well established recruitment company looking for an experienced Perms Consultant who is enthusiastic, ambitious and resourceful candidate to join their Engineering & Production division. You will need to proactive and generate new business by developing strong business relationships with both clients and candidates and then networking off the back of this. We are looking for a versatile individual who can handle the complete recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for registering new candidates, matching candidates to roles at senior level and providing a good quality driven service to your clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the Engineering or Technical sector
• Most important of all you must have a strong and tenacious personality and able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment
• You must be a real people person and enjoy communicating with your candidates and candidates both over the telephone and face-to-face
• Excellent at time management with effective verbal and written communication skills
• A reliable team player with rapid and accurate data entry skills
