i have a recently modernised 2 bedroomed (both double) house on a very quiet road in shiregreen, has all new windows, doors (internal and external) combi boiler all been rewired, laminate flooring to living room,fire and surround, has new block paved driveway with gates, near shops, docs, schools, meadowhall and bus routes. we have a average sized enclosed back garden that does need a bit of work as it has been neglected due to illness. we are wanting a 2/3 bedroomed house, if its 2 it needs to have 2 double bedrooms as we have 2 boys, with a decent sized garden thats not hard to maintain but somewhere for the boys to play. we are just looking for a fresh start but need to be near family so need to be staying in or around sheffield
