Our client:
Since they launched our client has grown at a phenomenal rate to a multi-million turnover business. With branches across the UK they have plans to develop and diversify into further niche areas. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of Industrial and Commercial clients and have an excellent reputation for supplying an excellent service to both clients and candidates.
They are wishing to appoint a Branch Manager who will concentrate on developing business within the Sheffield markets. This will be a start up operation and will require a great deal of hard work.
You will be responsible for sourcing a team, offices and a client base from zero!

The team will require a motivated and inspirational manager who is capable of leading by example. This will be a hands on role where you will be expected to sell, attend visits, create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.

Previous experience within a recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving license.
