Chef required Branded restaurant

We are looking for a chef de partie standard chef to work 30-40 hours possibly more over chrsitmas.

You must be:

- Capable of running a section
- Prepping and cooking fresh food to order
- Have up to date food hygiene
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Work weekends and nights
