Hi!

I am a quite, single lady, aged 32, looking fir a property to rent nr rother valley park.

The property can be anything from a studio flat, to a 2 beddroomed house, but it must have its own kitchen & bathroom (a full size bath a must/not a shower only).

The property must also have laminate flooring throughout, or at least in the living room.

I only want the property to have the electrical appliances in the kitchen, such as fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc, etc.

I dont want the furniture left in please.

I am currently renting a house in wybourn for £450 pcm, through a private landlord.

I get DSS because I cant work due to health reasons.

At the moment my landlord preffers DSS to pay me housing benefit, then I transfer it to his account.

I can continue to do this with a new landlord, or arrange for DSS to pay the housing benefit direct to the lanlord.

I am a non smoker/drinker/drugs & do not have any children or pets.

I am willing to pay a maximum of £450pcm, but would preffer to pay no more than 350pcm.

Please dont contact me offering a property to rent if the rent exceeds £450 pcm as I will definatley not be interested.

I have enough savings to pay the first months rent in advance as well as a bond.

Please send me full details of any suitable properties that you may have to offer and please include photos of each room, including the bath, as I need to make sure that the bath is suitable for my needs.
