in the Royston Area of Barnsley.
Room is unfurnished but does have carpet and curtains.
Easy on and off road parking, quiet road with great neighbours all around.
Close to shops and bus route into Barnsley and Wakefiled.
Will share Living room, kitchen and gardens.
Smoke free house but if you're a smoker then you can smoke in the gardens.
You Will share house with very friendly couple in 30's, young baby and small cat.
Rent is £60 per week which can be paid weekly or monthly.
Deposit is £300.
Initial move in cost will be the deposit and 4 weeks rent in advacne.
All rent to be paid in advance but we can make mutual agreement with this.
You will have no bills other than your rent and your own shopping.
Phone and internet is not shared but we MAY consider this at a cost.
Alternatively you can have phone / internet installed if you want to.
Suit working person only, couple considered but this will change rent / deposit amount.
