It is 15 minutes' bus ride from the city centre, and has a garage and off street parking.
The house has a good-sized front to back lounge, kitchen and upstairs bathroom, gas central heating and double glazing.
The main double bedroom is 11' x 10'8" (3.35m x 3.25m) with rear-facing window.
Bedroom 2 (single) is 10'8" x 6'10" (3.25m x 2.1m) with front-facing window. Recently decorated.
Bedroom 3 (single) is 9' x 8' (2.75m x 2.45m)with rear-facing window. Recently decorated.
The lounge is 17'2" x 10'8" (5.25m x 3.25m).
The neighbours both sides are really nice (always important!) and quiet.
No DSS, must be working or mature students.
My only reason for charging what is basically a low rent is that I'd rather have the house rented out than have it unoccupied.
