Business Development Advisor
My client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of industrial fasteners for the mining, mechanical engineering and construction industries who understand the importance of quality customer service and strive to achieve excellence in all they do. With these strong values in place and almost 140 years experience my client are celebrating repeat business, high staff retention and was recently awarded the Sales and Customer Service Award at the Sheffield Business Awards for the second year running.
Due to ongoing success they are currently recruiting for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join their sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established company that provide excellent working conditions and are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
You will proactively develop the business by following up sales leads and ensuring all products and services are promoted to your customer. You will work to achieve team targets by giving quality advice to customers, rapport building and by providing a first class customer service.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent sales ability and have experience of working in a targeted environment. Attitude, reliability and work ethic are key determinants of success as is a flexible approach to working. Product knowledge of fasteners is desirable but knowledge of a similar product or industry would be an advantage.

· £15000 salary rising to £15,500 after three months and after full training will again rise to £16,200
