I'm looking to rent my house out to young professionals (as I'm moving out of the property). The house is in Mosborough, a handy Sheffield suburb with good bus routes into city centre (20 mins) and supertram park and ride. Its also very close to M1 so would be handy for commuting too. I'm looking for young professionals who are clean, tidy, non-smokers and who are looking to meet like-minded individuals.

The house is a very large detached stone built property with lots of parking at the front of the house(down a private lane). There are 5 double rooms available, all very spacious, modern and fully furnished - must come and view to appreciate it Large kitchen , separate living room, separate bathroom and toilet and huge decked back garden, ideal for BBQs!

All rooms are £300 per month, except for one of the rooms which is en-suite and is £340 per month. with a £250 deposit and references. Minimum contract 6 months to review after this period. Bills not included, but average about £60 per month each.
