We are a small family looking to rent a 2 bed property with a garden,in dronfield or coal aston. I have 2 well behaved dogs so must need to allow pets. My partner works in security so we will be paying our own rent not claiming dss.
Ideally we would like a short term let if possible as we are awaiting permanent housing. I have a months rent as deposit as well as months rent in advance available to secure tenancy.
