IPersonal trainer available to train you at your home or in your local park. Fully Qualified, Level 3 Personal Trainer. Six years experience. Fully Insured. REPS Certified.

My home personal training service is designed to accomplish one objective only – to ensure that you achieve your health and fitness goals safely, effectively and enjoyably.

Each session is tailored to your needs and goals and most importantly fun.

You will never get bored of doing the same exercises with me as I vary each and every training session so no exercise never becomes tedious.

Each session is one hour long and every minute of it you will be pushed to meet your goals. £28.00 for one hour session. However, if you book a block booking of ten sessions, the price is £250. Saving a total of £30.
