The Park Inn Rotherham is seeking to recruit Chef De Partie and commis chefs for this opening property.
Opening November 2009, and based on the Manvers development the hotel boasts exciting facilities such as sauna and steam rooms, fitness centre and the tempting Park Inn RBG restaurant. It will be the perfect base for business travellers visiting the surrounding office parks. 132 colourful and modern guest rooms and 4 meeting rooms designed in the Park Inn design ethos .
As Chef De Partie your job will be to contribite to the production and delivery of the highest possible food quality to our guests on the delegated section at all times. As Chef De Partie you will be required to ensure that you maintain standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
We are looking for current Chef De Parties or experienced Demi Chef De Partie / Commis looking for their next move and are passionate about food, have a creative flair, keen to learn all about our concepts and service standards, have excellent communication skills, a team player, attention to detail, presentable and have a Yes I can! attitude. Relevant food hygiene qualifications are essential, and it would be desirable to hold relevant catering / food preparation qualifications. Previous experience as a Chef De Partie, Demi Chef De Partie or Commis within a reputable restaurant or 3* hotel would be an advantage.
