Hello, I have a 3 bedroom house in Sheffield (council house) and I want to exchange for a 3/4 or more bedroom house in Birmingham in Small Heath, Bordesley Green, Alum Rock or areas located near those areas.

My house consists of a toilet (downstairs), a bathroom and a toilet (upstairs), a large kitchen, large sitting room and also 2 large hallways. My kitchen and bathroom have been modernized and renewed. All the windows have been fitted in with double glazed windows. The front door and the back door have also been changed and renewed. My house contains a massive back garden.

My house is situated in Darnall its near shops and primary schools and also bus and tram stops.Its about 2-3 minutes drive away from Meadowhall shopping center, a 7-8 minute drive to city center. Its near lovely big park. Its in a lovely area.
