Hi, are you a 20/30-something potential housemate looking to share with two friendly people in our quiet, spacious terraced house, that includes a front living room, living/ dining room and off-shot kitchen and bathroom?

You'd be sharing with me, my housemate Matt and my (friendly) cats Boris and Sammy. I bought the house 5 years ago and like to keep it feeling homely. The available room is newly carpeted, well decorated and includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe and computer/ storage alcove (not visible in the photo). The kitchen has washing machine, gas cooker, fridge and chest freezer, fully equipped with cooking and eating equipment. We also have Broadband, freeview, a DVD player and projector, DAB stereo, electric shower and gas central heating. The quiet patio garden is sunny and includes a BBQ and picnic bench. The house is strictly non-smoking inside.
