I have a room to let in a shared house in Crosspool. Friendly household in a nice area, close to Crookes and Broomhill and regular buses into town centre / university. Very nice house / room for the price. We have Sky Sports package with wireless broadband. £190 per calendar month (less than £45 per week!) plus bills or will accept £65 per week all bills included (council tax / gas / electric / phone & broadband / Sky Sports / water / insurance etc.) Fully furnished. No deposit required. Sharing with two lads but my housemate is moving out in a couple of months for family reasons. Would be perfect for a student, post-grad or young professional.

2 mins walk from Crosspool shops and the Crosspool tavern, which does a brilliant carvery for just £3. 50.

I do not own the property but have a contract to rent until end of June 2010, although I would be happy to take someone on for a shorter-term. I have been living here for five years and it is an amazing house for the price.
