Fitness Class at Hunters Bar on Thursday Morning

9.45am start.

The 1st section of the class will be lots of stomach/abs work, plus excercise to target the legs/bottom. The 2nd part will be a circuit/other excercises to target all areas of the body.

Also, please note the room can be reasonably flexible on start times (give or take half an hour), if you are interested, and enough people think 9.45 is too early or late, this can be adjusted.

£4 for one session, if you do 5 in a row then the 6th is FREE !
