My name is Krzysztof (Kristof). I am Polish by birth qualified gym, fitness, karate, self defence and yoga instructor (in English standards Personal trainer). I live in Sheffield, close to Ecclesal Road. I have 15 years experience in instructing people in those areas. All issues referring to 1-2-1 lessons, teach classes are well known.
