My housemate and I (one guy and one girl, both Vegan) are looking for another Vegan housemate to join us in the beautiful flat we live in in Crookesmoor.

The room is huge and has a double bed with a really comfy matress. There's a lovely front garden, large airy kitchen and really nice bathroom. We live 5 mins from the shops and 10 mins walk from Broomhill pubs/shops etc. We live 5 mins from a bus stop so connections into town are easy. We are fairly clean and tidy and both really friendly people.

The room is available immediately, and rent is payable by the month. It's 195 a month plus 195 for the deposit.
