A room for rent, but you can choose from two bedrooms.

It takes 20-25 mins walking to city centre and university. There are direct buses next to the house and go to anywhere. The community is friendy, noice free and safe, and the housemates are all very kind. It is an ideal place for studying.

The big bedroom sized 14 square meters, and rentis 230 pounds per month. The smaller room (seen on the photos) is 250 pounds pcm, the bond is 200.The rent includes all bills and tax and even a pay month mobile phone (optional).

The housemates are all CHinese.
