My client is looking for CRM Support Consultants for a role based in Sheffield with a salary of 17 – 25K.

Background

A Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and one of the UK’s leading providers of CRM based solutions. Our clients range from small companies to large Government Agencies and we are delivering CRM both in-house and as a hosted solution.

The Role

We now urgently want to recruit an additional person to be based in our Sheffield City Centre Office who will work on Customer Support with 1st and 2nd line support experience. This role requires both technical skills and strong communication abilities to liaise with customers. Over the coming 12 months the existing Support function in the business will be developed to be pro-active in ensuring good customer experience rather than simply re-acting to support requests so someone who is interested in helping to build this new model for customer interaction would be especially welcome.

We can provide detailed Microsoft CRM training leading to Microsoft CRM qualifications, general skills required are:

 Microsoft Dynamics CRM (desirable, NOT essential)

 Windows Server – general experience of Server Environments including networking and A/D

 SQL Server Experience (in terms of general installation/configuration)

 Experience with Windows XP/Vista and Office programs

 Experience in working with customers and phone/web based support
