I have a designated off-road parking space available for rent at £50 per month, close to Hallamshire Hospital and Sheffield University.

6 month contract available and possible extension for further 6 months. Space would be available to use 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Space is located on Wilkinson Street (close to West End pub). Would suit medic or Uni staff.

I am looking to rent this out now so it's first come first served. Payment will be by monthly standing order (not cash or cheque etc) in advance.

I'm sorry but I'm not interested in any unusual arrangements (people sharing with colleagues, only using it so many days a week at a lower rate etc etc) so please dont ask.
