£25250 + bonus taking Salary up to £30K

As the registered manager of this branch you will be joining a well established branch close to Sheffield City Centre, South Yorkshire. You will Report to the Senior Management Team and manage all aspects of the business at branch level on a day to day basis to ensure care delivery to all service users as per their contract need to the level of National Minimum Care Standards and within agreed budgets. To manage the growth of the branch by identifying and developing new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Currently practicing in Health & Social Care or within the last two years.
Proven track record in management.
Experience of undertaking performance reviews and supervisions.
NVQ level 4 Registered Manager Award or be willing to work towards.
