A unique and exciting opportunity has just arisen to work for a small charitable organisation in Sheffield city centre. This organisation is a growing support charity for people in Sheffield who are currently looking for part time finance officer to join their team.
Due to the size of the organisation the successful candidate will be required to work between 12 and 15 hours per week. The working hours are flexible at this stage however the client would prefer to have them worked the same days each week once a suitable working pattern has been decided. The role will include dealing with purchase and sales invoices, control of the petty cash, statement reconciliations, producing cash-flow reports for the office manager and any general administration duties necessary.
As the sole finance person on site you will need to have practical experience of dealing with most of these duties and be confident of picking up anything that is new to you quickly. Experience of using Sage Line 50 is essential and a good level of expertise on Excel would be preferred.
