Hi there,

i'm sarah, i have 2 young children, and a partner. We are looking for a long term let. In Doncaster or surrounding areas.
We are currently on DSS. and recieve maximum allowence of £95 for a 3bed property. We are very tidy & respectable people, just looking for a new home. ( asap )
The only problem we currently have is that we could only come up with a bond or 4 weeks rent upfront. I know some landlords offer house's where you pay the rent upfront and then the bond over 2-3months. Or pay the bond then wait for housing allowence to come through to pay the rent. If you are able to do this we would be very grateful.

If you do have a property suitable for us, if you could give me a email with more details (area, price, what the house is like, pictures if possible ) that would be great.
