We (a couple, both 20) need two housemates to move in end of august on a 50wk contract.

Preferably students - males/females/couples and professionals welcome - but bear in mind you ill have to pay council tax

our house is lovely, 10 minutes from the city centre so it's easy to get to both unis.

We have a double and single room available, the double room is £75pw, and the single £65pw, rent includes water rates, gas, electricity, wireless broadband, tv licence and some phone calls so its an excellent deal! rooms are furnished with all the essentials.
