Special Requirements

· 1 years practical experience, preferably in the financial sector
· Expertise in data privacy laws and regulations and the ability to provide practical guidance. · This includes the Data Protection Act, the E-Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulation, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) Banking Code and elements of the Human Rights Act
· Effective staff management skills preferably with previous experience of managing staff.
· Self motivated and ability to prioritise
· Good analytical, interpretative and problem solving skills
· Presentation / coaching skills
· Excellent communication skills both written and oral
· Good interpersonal sklls
