Wanted swap from 3 bed house Wakefield to 3 bed house Sheffield

I would like to swap my lovely 3 bed roomed housing association house for a 3 bed roomed house in Sheffield. My house is on the outskirts of Wakefield but is 10 mins away from city centre. Good bus routes into the city and Dewsbury with very good amenties and schools close by - garage, hair salons, Morrisons, Fast food places, post office,gym, local pubs and resturarants and I am only 10 mins away from the M1.

My house consists of a nice grassed front garden and 2 drives, lounge, kitchen and dinning area, large pantry, downstairs toilet. The back garden is grassed with a patio area. Up stairs are 2 double bedrooms and a small bed room. I have a fitted shower and bath and toliet in the bathroom.

I would like to move out of this area to move closer to my family in Sheffield.
