Myself and my partner are desperately seeking a nice 2 bedroomed property somewhere within the sheffield area (anywhere in sheffield is fine)
We have 2 dogs and a small cat (all of wich are well house trained) and my partner is nearly 2 months pregnant so it needs to be fairly long term!
We have a budget of around £395 pcm but only enough money for the bond (housing benefit pays the rent) the property needs to be dss accepted as we are in receipt of income support, furnishings are not an issue we would prefer unfurnished if we had the choice but carpets and curtains would be good.
Any Landlord that has a property that would be suitable, we would like to hear from you!

We have had a constant problem with people trying to get us to send money via Western Union Money Transfer for properties that dont exist, if you are one of these people do not reply to this add, if any attemps are made to secure funds in this manner the relevant authorities will be informed!
