New Claims Administrators

A respected and well known law company in Sheffield City Centre are looking for Claims Advisors to work in their busy motor vehicle claims department.

The role will entail taking inbound and making outbound calls to people who have been in road traffic accidents, and who have contacted the solicitors on advice of their insurance company. You will take full details from the customer, act in an appropriately empathic manner, complete all necessary information on the system and process the claim to the next stage.

The centre is open Monday - Sunday, and your shifts will cover hours between 8am and 8pm. This will include some 12 hour shifts, along with some 4-day weekends.

In order to be successful in your application for this position:

- You must have 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English

- You must have previous call handling experience in a contact centre environment

- You will have an excellent telephone manner and fantastic communication skills

- You must be able to display excellent customer focus
