Our client a property management organisation are seeking an individual to drive their business forward will you be accepted to:







- To manage, inspire and motivate the entire team and operation including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Administration and Accounts.

- To financially improve the property management business dramatically, maximising profits whilst maintaining efficiency of business operations

- To systemise and document the operation in preparation of future expansion opportunities

- To launch and set up the sales operation and create a new profitable income stream into the core business

- Marketing, Sales, Finance and Performance are skills applicants should be able to display.

- To network, raise the profile of and represent the business in such a way as to heighten it’s reputation and achieve the goal of becoming the most reputable agent in Sheffield 









Ideally you will have a background in property,and have managed a team before, responsibility for all areas of a business including basic management accounts. You will also have a proven track record of increasing sales and improving profits.
