This room is available until july and is £260 month. You will be living with 5 other students. 3 boys and a couple. The house is situated on thompson road, opposite tesco's on ecclesall road. Downstairs includes a kitchen, lunge and bedroom, upstairs theres are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and then on the third floor are 2 bedrooms one of which is the one for renting. It is a medium/large room with a nice view of the botanical gardens. I would need £260 up front and then you would pay the same amount at the end of every month.
