We are looking for an administrator to work for our client who is based close to Goole.
The Role:-
Your 2 key areas of responsibility will be responding to contractor questionnaires requests and general administrative support for the Commercial Department.
In particular the completion of customer questionnaires, logging all new sales enquiries onto the computer system. The preparation of data and typing of quotations for submission to strict customer deadlines on behalf of the Estimating Team. Take inbound calls from Account Managers and Customers. Liaise with various company personnel. Provide general statistical reports and analysis of enquiry/estimating workload. Provide typed letters, reports, memos and other presentation material in a professional accurate format and general administrative support.

To apply for this role you will have a good standard of English and typing skills, a good knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook, numerate, as well as possessing good organisational, interpersonal, telephone & administrative skills. Your organisational skills will include the ability to prioritise your workload. Whilst your personal characteristics will include having a level head, a practical mind, tact and self motivation. It would be advantageous to have experience of working in a busy office.
