we currently have a vacancy within our very busy kitchen for a full time junior sous/mature chef de partie with experience of supervising other staff.
Further training will be provided. We are in a very rural position so own transport is quite important although it is not impossible to reach us via public transport, although not practical every day. We are a very high volume outlet and we use fresh produce so there is a lot of experience to be gained. Our senior team is a very strong one with a varied background, we have just been awarded our first rosette and we have a reputation for excellent food and real ales so we are looking for someone to complement the existing team. You must be hard working and keen to learn, we provide meals on duty and competitive rates of pay, there are loads of opportunities for progression as we are part of a small group (non branded - not a chain) and immediate start is available for the right candidate but for a chat or to arrange an interview you should e-mail your c.v. with a covering letter.
