I have a House Association sunny, lovely 1 bedroom house with good size front garden, in Totnes town,(South Devon) one station away from Plymouth by train.
One step from school, shops, vet and health center/ hospital. Morrison's and Somerfields supermarkets at very short walking distance.
Storage heaters with constant hot water and very economical, no central heating. Electric meter and water meter.
Large bathroom with bath and boiler room to allow clothes to dry faster.
Separate kitchen of good size. Overall, a very comfortable house.
Rent £64 per week.
It also has its own parking space. Pets are allowed.
I want to exchange for similar (garden essential), 1/2 bedrooms house or bungalow, in Plymouth, preferably close to the city center.
Council preferred over House Associations.
